One-on-one Reformer class, and private or small group yoga classes.

Jen has 20 years experience in many styles of yoga, trained in BASI pilates, dynamic pilates, physical therapy and movement rehabilitation. click here for more info on what you are wanting.

REFORMER PILATES

Pilates is a great way to gain strength and have some fun with flow and work as hard as you like. Reformers are also great for rehabilitation and smaller finer movement patterns to really target areas of weakness.

PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS

Private lessons can be at your home or at her studio. Each time you meet, Jen will teach a different sequence, style or programme for you to get the most out of your lesson. (Jen also teaches on boats anywhere in the world - she can teach yoga while also help sail; she holds an ICC and Coastal Skipper Licence)

REHAB & MOVEMENT THERAPY

Over 20 years of yoga practice, one field that Jen has a special interest in has been therapy. She sees clients who require full physical therapy, rehab, motor movement exercises, and also meditation and breathing techniques for stress, wellbeing and emotional health. WELLNESS FOR STAFF / CORPORATE YOGA

She also teaches corporates and can work with your wellness co-ordinator to offer staff a suitable and fun programme for the year. Mats and props are provided.

STUDENT BODY LAB FOR ATHLETES

Jen’s student athletic performance programme for high school sports teams is available to any school looking to compliment their current training sessions. She is happy to talk on the phone or come and visit your school to discuss what your students require.
