If you travel a lot, and I know some of you do, then a great way to still work the tension from the body before or after your yoga practice and after your travel, is to have a couple of these in your suitcase, (or at home).  I know a tennis ball is what I recommend as they are readily available, but most of you guys have dogs, and then somewhere in between ‘dog’ and ‘tennis ball’ it’s gone – forever, or goobered on – URGH!
