I develop lesson plans which can change weekly and monthly as you advance, or through your healing phases.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Leading you through the Primary series sequence. Combines movement with drishtis, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Second series can also be taught.

Flow Vinyasa

Invigorating and creative sequencing of yoga poses, linking breath and movement.


A slow-paced style of yoga, which poses are held for 2-5 minutes at a time. Yin works the connective tissue to release tension in the musculature. It promotes circulation along the energetic pathways and strengthens healthy organ function.


Mixing different styles of yoga to give you a dynamic energetic yoga, a more gentle flow, or working on a specific area to help with strength and/or flexibility.


A class that is fun-filled and helps promote body awareness, focus and co-ordination. Happy to visit your daycare.


You are never too old to do Yoga. A gentle practice that gives you full range of body movement will help to keep the stiffness away.


From the end of your first trimester or if you have practiced yoga before then from the beginning of your pregnancy. Postures to prepare for childbirth and moving through gentle yoga and breathing to keep the body happy during this special time.


Yoga that gently energises you, working on bringing back tone and flexibility in your body. You can choose to do yoga with your baby if you wish.

Groups/Friends Classes

It’s great fun to do yoga with your friends and if you have space for a mat each in your home, then organize a time and share the yoga journey together.

Stress Management

If you require some time out to reduce the stress in your life, then a restorative class or gentle practice will suit you. We move through a series of asanas working on breath and movement improving overall tension in the body and nervous system.

Wellness Yoga For Your Employees – Corporate Yoga

Do your staff need some yoga for stress relief, or perhaps to get them up, moving and away from the computer? Lunchtime classes are popular, so if you have space for a few mats, book a class today.

Back ache or other issues from sitting all day and stress can lead to a myriad of issues including sleep disorders and time off work from over-use. Yoga can help reduce the stiffness and aches from sitting for long hours and give the mind some greatly needed ‘down-time’. Mats are provided.
