I find meditation hard.  Certainly the sitting still bit, so I tend to prefer a movement with my arms, or my fingers floating over beads to keep me focused.  What ever way you find works, and whenever you settle into your meditation, this article is a great reminder just how healing it is for the mind to be quiet, focused and to lower our stress levels.
